This is my first blog post. Online blogs been around for a while, but I never knew a use for it. Until now.... some friends recently suggested that I express my "unique" perspective on food and music and how they relate to and are a part of the cities in Texas that I live in and visit.
I'm not sure what will become of this project, but if nothing else, this will serve as a creative outlet for me - something I've needed for a long time but had not come to fruition.
A side note: I do not claim to be an expert on anything I post about. But, if you enjoy just one thing I say or I open up your eyes to one song, artist, dish, restaurant or music venue, this will have been more than a success. I look forward to sharing the things that excite and inspire me.
